Ras Chemash Lamed, "the Singing Chef," will wow Maison Musique's salon guests with both his unique cooking and his beautiful song stylings. He recently returned from a string of successful engagements in New York City.
John Spuzzillo is a master percussionist who plays all over New Orleans and has taught in colleges and universities throughout the US.
Mark Weliky is a jazz guitarist, band leader and composer who is a frequent performer on New Orleans' jazz scene where he plays with a variety of other artists and with his own group, The Mark Weliky Trio. You can find him here: http://www.myspace.com/markweliky
Esquizito: Esquizito, aka Eric Paul Perez, ia a vocalists/guitarist who is planted in the firm tradition of three generations of jazz music and seeks to find a sound never heard before. He comes from a long line of creole musicians, including cornetist Manuel Perez and saxophonist Harold Dejan. He is also an renowned cook and is featured in the book, "You Are Where you Eat."
