Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!

Buster Williams

Check out Jerry Larsen's work with Tara Stull on our track 01, done in Portland, OR. That mix was done completely on the fly with a Behringer console using five inexpensive microphones. Pretty impressive. Post was done in Sountrack with eMagic's tube compressors (digital). You folks do wonderful work. Totally impressed. -Gene Weed

1-What is the deficiency with Cubase? If you don't use it very much are you about to be doing more work? I use a recent version of Nuendo and am not considering changing till it does not meet my needs anymore. What features do you expect to gain from Pro Tools? Will you have to get pro tools compatible audio interface?

Hi All,
Just joined the group. Glad to be here. I have a home studio I use for Voice over. Hoping to expand and do music also some day. I will be looking for tips on both.

Blessing ,
Veel.

Hi Group, This is my kind of place. I've been an engineer since the 1960's (dating myself) and have built several studios for guys here in L.A. I also produce video. I am a PC user (sorry MAC guys) Software I use includes Finale, Nuendo, Sound Forge, ACID, and others... For video I use AVID products.

I don't use either of those products (I use Logic and Focusrite Saffire), I read on the Logic (Apple) Forums that some people had problems that were resolved when they turned off the "Airport" (wireless connection) and Bluetooth applications...anything is worth a try, right? Have you tried the Cubase and/or M-Audio support or forums? Good luck...
