Tell us a little about your background...
Allow me to introduce myself, saxophonist and fellow jazz network member Audley Reid. Since the network is growing so fast, I have been commissioned by Jaijai for support to the Midwest region of artists and businesses that may be interested in promoting themselves on The Jazz Network. She wanted to make sure that she didn't leave anyone out to have this opportunity to get the support of The Jazz Network for their artistry.

I was a featured member and was able to promote and network my product to a global audience. As a writer, performer and business person we should be looking to promote our craft and body of work continuously. The key is you must continue to reach out and follow up to drive the bus. This site is a wonderful tool, if used to the maximum, to support your business and goals.

Below are a few highlights:

• A Plays E, My latest CD is currently receiving rave reviews as an
independent recording artist.

Audley Reid - A Plays E (2005) - "Very good smooth jazz album by veteran sax player Audley Reid who can compete with the best. Very highly recommended."
Peter Boehi

• SmoothJazzandMore.com ranked A Plays E in the top 10 jazz CD's of 2005. It's called "an outstanding piece of recording that will give fans of smooth jazz music something to talk about."

• I have performed with many of the current smooth jazz performers:

Phil Perry Rick Braun Bobby Lyle Mike White Steve Cole
Mike Manson Nick Colionne Thomas Braxton Michael Ross

Audley,

I really dig your groove. I do a couple of weekly jazz shows on a college station (WUEV 91.5 fm wuev.evansville.edu). If you send me you stuff, I'll play it. My address is WUEV, University of Evansville 1800 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN 47722 Attn: Paul Mattingly. Keep the groove going not only for yourself but for those who come after.

Hi Audley,

I appreciate your request to be a friend and have accepted. I have been remiss in keeping up with this network but a longtime advocate, promoter, propagator and lifelong devotee of the art form of Jazz...a piano teacher and business person in the field. I am way behind on advertising my services to musicians because I need an entirely new computer system in order to serve cients Online. Hope to be getting all of the tools I need to offer my skills early this year....sooner than later. Although I've not had the opportunity to see and hear you in person, I'm aware of you and your talent. Be patient until I can get my site up and running and stay in touch.
Warm regards,

Marijo Johnson

Audley,
I tried to get back to you yesterday but could not leave an email on the site that we have been sharing, odd I know but I'm hoping that this message gets to you. I am absolutely interested to providing my services on the Jazz site but I am not ready at this time to market my services. Stay tuned, I hope my site will be up sooner than later. Also, if you ever have interest in playing in Cleveland, I know some promoters that you might be interested in talking to......

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!
