I am glad to announce the release of my debut CD called "Interro Island". This is my first solo project, which includes original tunes composed and arranged by me. I hope you will enjoy my work!
available on CD Baby now!"
One of the most active commercial trumpet players in the Carolinas, Brad has toured, performed live, recorded or on television with many notable artists including Yanni, Natalie Cole, Bill Gaither, Ron Kenoly, The Temptations, The Four Tops, O'Jays, Spinners, Linda Rondstadt, Barry Manilow, Maria Howell, Clark Terry, Boots Randolph, Marvin Stamm, and Cecil Welch to name just a few. He is also a first call for touring Broadway shows and has played musicals including Grease, A Chorus Line, Sunset Blvd., Guys & Dolls, The Producers, Spamalot, The Rat Pack is Back and countless others. He can be heard on many jingles, recordings (Sound Choice Karaoke CD’s, for example) and TV sound tracks. Brad is also former principle trumpet for the Charlotte Philharmonic Orchestra (9 years) and still maintains an active schedule with many groups in the area.

ABOUT THE SOUND CLIPS:>>>>>
These are just a bunch of clips, mainly of some of my work on Sound Choice CDs, with a couple other things thrown in. All trumpet parts are played by me. Some silly stuff (Cartoon themes..ha) and other clips where the trumpet stuff is prominent. Take special notice of how great the singers are on these clips! We try to recreate as exact as we can on these and many of these singers, especially, are uncanny!
I do have ideas for a personal project, but have been focusing on working. Maybe one day I'll jot all this stuff I have in head down and work on a solo thing. Anyway, I hope you find this material at least mildly amusing. ;-) I had some fun.

Thanks, Brad. I will check out your page, get to know you. Feel free to contact me at my email, email@example.com and then we can go further. I am anxious to find out where the audience is so I can figure out what can be done. Jazz is alive and well, and I am sure there are folks here in Charlotte who are waiting for someone to break out and give them what they want. Agree? Contact me.
Say Hey Brad....I was talking about instruments ...there are some really interesting pieces for not a whole lot of money out there...and unique and really fun to play....kinda like stepping back in time ...but without the time machine...here's a sample...1917 Vega small bore Chas E George model... Thanks for the considerations for Asheville and Charlotte...i guess getting to the coast does have some considerations...although while i am in the snow capital of the coast right now...my place ( on the market...and on my website ) has 800 feet of frontage on a tidal salmon river 2 miles from the ocean....so I'm debating my "need" to be near the "salt" for a while....I am looking for the prospect of NC's bility to have Spring arrive in March....thanks again for your great inputs....best to you ...always b
OKOKOK...so "old timers disease" set in this frozen artists head after this winter....thanks BRAD....lol...I am so frazzled after this winter....and I still have 2 feet of snow in my "door yard"...i've gotta move to NC...is the Asheville area...or the Charlotte are better...i'm seriously looking to be moved within a year and a half come hell or high water....20 years in NYC area, 20 years in Maine...I deserve a break.....at my "advanced years"....thanks again for the kind words...my best to you... .always b
PS if you or anypne is ever looking for playable interesting "vintage" brass drop me a lne...thanks again...b
Say Hey Mark....just love the top of your page....what a gasser!...Great chops "Pops"....My momma lives near Charlotte...want to relocate down there when my "place" sells. Keep up the great works..love to compare notes and techniques...your sound is awesome....thanks for sharing it with this site..and the world. My best to you ...always b
Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.
I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.
My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."
