Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!

Professional artist/photographer/art teacher/jazz musician...worked in the NYC area 20 years...have lived in Maine the last 20 years...get back to NYC several times a year to shoot assignments, jam and network with friends.

With my "old" house on the market...( see ... house4sale ) and the winds of change beginning to fill my "sails", I'm looking to relocate for the next 20 years for my next "re-incarnation" to....who knows where...but it will involve playing jazz and creating art ...absolutely!

I'm always open to suggestions of where's the "best" place to be....

Peace and love to you all with the magic of jazz....bc

HERE'S A TOAST TO MISS BLOSSOM DEARIE.... A lady of the jazz cabaret and darling of the double entendre, capable of poking wonderful fun at the "elite" with style and grace...the voice of an "angel" ...maybe , maybe not. A true individual, doing her own thing with style and charm. Her powers to elicit humor and point out some of the lunacies of this world, while still being charming. Her inocent style and intellectual capabilities were capable of… Continue

Hi Bruce,

I heard and met Pinetop Perkins earlier this week. He was with Willie "Big Eyes" Smith. Great show! Glad I could hear him...each day is a blessing for this pioneer.

Thank you so much. You are very kind. I have been working away slowly on a continuous path of (hopefully) improvement. It means a lot to me that people on this site stop to listen and then spend the time to comment in a positive way. means a lot and does my spirit the world of good..

All the best Bruce from Australia where the weather is behaving very strange...we've just had the coldest September ever on record and now cold one day hot the next..very weird.

By the way love your work too. You're a great visual artist and musician.
