Seldom do you meet a person who impresses you with both brilliance and kindness. Recently, I met such a person. Her name is Jaijai Jackson. I was drawn to her like a moth drawn to a flame. Her love of music is highly spiritual and her understanding of the business is remarkable. After many years in the music business, it is refreshing to meet someone like her.
Historians will research our arts to characterize our culture in the future. Contributions by those who tirelessly support our significant art forms will help to define us. Jaijai has become a key ingredient toward that future and her importance to the jazz world cannot be overstated.
Her devotion to the music and passion for keeping it alive makes our world a better place. Jaijai, thanks for being you.

The Jazz Network is a wonderful place for musicians to gather, share their ideas and their music! I hope that by being featured on the site, I'll be able to gain a new fan base and new respect for being able to do something that I love to do. I also hope to connect with musicians, writers and producers to share ideas and possibly work on some new music.
Stay strong and stay blessed!

I'm a vocalist and songwriter. Maybe I'll send you an instrumental track-- never done that before but hey, why not. You can listen to samples on myspace.com/ritashelby and as for instrumentalists, there's none better than Brian O'Neal, Smitty Smith and The Forecast Featuring JS Floyd.
Stay jazzy and thanks for keeping jazz alive on the air!!-- Hey, lobby for a few vocal tunes okay-- U gotta hear 'Drink U Some Act Right.'
