"probably on Amazon.com. Joe Lano is the guitar professor at UNLV here in Las Vegas and a totally amazing, awesome player whose improvisational skills are unmatched, in my opinion. He has played professionally here in Las Vegas for many years."
A very active group performing regular concerts mostly at Winchester Recreation Center, but also in Summerlin and other venues. We've had some really awesome concerts. Barry Ross leads The Nevada Jazz Orchestra. Some of the regulars in that groups are Fred Haller, Walt Blanton, Walt Boenig, Mark Solis, Gary Hypes, Phil Wigfall, Nathan Tanouye. Check them out at www.vegasjazz.org
Now I know we got a few in this crowd, start networking with each other...where is everybody giggin'? Share your contacts, help one another, talk music....grow with one another, that's what this place is all about....network to the bone! :-)

Hello Carol, Thank you for including me as Friend of the Arts of Jazz Music. Your Page is so Bubbly with life and such Happy Smiles, and some Divine Klavier Concertos bordering Jazz and Classic intonations in Grooves - What is that? "All Blues" Triassic Jazz - Live? Nice one Carol. Hope we remain in touch. And have a Luvly Week.

The Jazz Network Worldwide is comprised of all the subsets of the industry worldwide from managers, agents, publicists, venues, festivals, radio stations, studios, musicians, vocalists, etc. and of course fans. Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.
I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.
My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."
Let's be audacious, my friends!
