THIS ARTIST WAS FEATURED ON MAKING THE BAND 4 In New York. Was signed on contract with BAD BOY Recorsds and MTV. He as worked with the Cream of the crop and now is more than ready to do his own project!!

STYLE OF MUSIC: R&B/Neo-Soul/Jazz/Gospel Music(samba/bossa nova)

INFLUENCES:You can hear reflections of Neo Soul Artist such as Jill Scott, Jazmine Sullivan, Bilal and Raphael Saddiq in his vocals from singing in church but tonal definition of his voice can reach smooth graves of Brandy, Faith Evans, Mario, and Usher Raymond. His Creativity in his music with Chord progressions and sweet sweet harmonies sullidifies him as a musician. And his Range is AWESOME!!

A little about the artist::

I was Featured on MTV's Making The Band 4, There I got to work with Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Lauren Gibson(Choreographer), Joe(R&B) singer, Bryan Michael-Cox(Songwriter), Michael Bivins(New Edition), Slam(Songwriter/Engineer),Ankhra(Vocal Coach), and others. I also met other amazing producers and songwriters/vocalist as well. I've worked with and wrote for Brooke Valentine from Subliminal Entertainment/Virgin Records, I've also worked with Deja and Atune from Subliminal Records. After being released from my contract with BAD BOY RECORDS and MTV. I decided to start performing localy that led me to performing up and down the east coast in Clubs, lounges, Jazz Festivals, and other venues and concerts. I've studied and write and compose music. I'm a Music education/media major. I play 8 instruments and my emphasis are in voice and performance. I've currently started recording material for an album and I'm looking for management to help me shop my music around. I've drawn a great fan base here on the East coast and some on the west ... I plan on extending my fan base and extending my listeners. I'm still performing live and ready to be heard on a larger level. This is something I've been at for years...and I'm ready to take it by storm and would love to work with you and your brothers and of course your amazing team of writers. Being in an atmosphere with great minds would definitely infuse me energeticly as well as creativly; I have some of my music that i've written, engineered, and sung myself on my page. Some of the other music was also engineered by other producers as well. I love working with new people and just finding the great musical concepts we can come up with. I'm known as a vocal beast.. there is nothing that I can't do vocally lol.. just had to be cocky for a lil bit.. but I'm really actualy humble lol.. but would love to work with you guys. so check out my music and hopefully you like it ... thanks so much for your time.. and God Bless...

The Jazz Network is exactly what the title suggests, a place where you get to mix and mingle with those who have not only an appreciation for Jazz but a forum to hear new up and coming artists as well. I've hooked up with so many of my old friends that I've lost contact with over the years here and it's been a great place to meet folk, appreciate good music and Musicianship. What an incredible idea!!

Rudresh Mahanthappa On Piano Jazz

Mahanthappa brings an explosive blend of jazz and South Indian classical music to the studio.

Grady Tate On Piano Jazz

Grady Tate began his jazz career as a much-celebrated drummer, backing such icons as Wes Montgomery, Ella Fitzgerald, and Quincy Jones. Tate has since traded in his skins for a microphone at center stage, where he delivers smooth and soulful baritone vocals. With pianist John di Martino, Tate sings "Everybody Loves My Baby" and "Where Do You Start."

Woody Herman At 100: 'A Blues Player From His Heart'

He was a soulful reedman, an amazing talent scout for decades and a bandleader of one of the country's most popular acts. Born in 1913, Herman led "Thundering Herds" that were both big draws and well-respected by the likes of Igor Stravinsky. Here are five recordings which still sound fresh today.

Edmar Castañeda And Friends On JazzSet

Hear passionate improvisation across borders on Colombian harp, Argentinian bandoneón, Venezuelan cuatro and vibes from the U.S. In a set with Castañeda, his trio and special guests perform at the Americas Society in New York.

Miguel Zenón Quartet: Live At The Village Vanguard

Ever since he started becoming one of the best alto saxophone players in the world, Zenón has drawn from his upbringing in Puerto Rico. But, like many Puerto Ricans, Zenón lives in New York — where his quartet of 10 years has finally been invited to play the Vanguard. It presents new music in concert.
