Tell us a little about your background...
I'm a producer/multi-instrumentalist/composer and live on the small island Texel in the Netherlands. I was born in Sao Paulo - Brasil, as oldest son of Dutch-Indonesian parents, who went back to the Netherlands when I was only three years old.
My main instrument is guitar, but I also play keyboards, drums, bass, percussion, e-bow, balaphon and use the computer with samples. I have my own label "Luny Music" and released 8 cd's (2 double-cd's), about 20 cdr's and soon release the new double-cd of The Universal Free Form Quartet.
A band with four musicians from four different continents, countries and cultures, four souls - one spirit with :
Mayumi Motohashi (Tokyo-Japan).
Thiago Osorio (Rio de Janeiro-Brasil).
Ryan Carniaux (Boston-Usa/Cologne-Germany).
Gerald Schäfer (Texel-Netherlands).

At home I do most of my work in my little homestudio, but also do work in other studio's. I'm initiator of international projects and work with several groups.
I worked with : The Laughing Lunatics, The Missiles, Goro Noda, Gunter Hampel, Jesus Canneloni, Alan Silva, Markus Lupertz, Frank Köllges, Hans-Peter Salentin, Ebou Gaye, Sheikh Tijan Samba, Frank Wollny, Wolfgang Lakersmid, Manfred Schoof, Ujaama, Kulcha Far I, Peggy van Zalm, The Roots Movement, Tony O'Malley and many others.
My main group at the moment is The Universal Free Form Quartet.
