Ida:) I am very flattered from your comments and I thanks you very much for that:) But YOUR voice is so smooth and soulful, I am very impressed with your gift:) Do you know Midred Jones? She was a singer with B.B. King as well. All I can say is I hope that we well get a chance to record together. What a voice you have!:)
OK Ida, now you're just showin' off. Wow! Four Vettes. I was always warned about women in fast cars. I've never owned a Vette but I am a fan of the late C2's and early C3's. The current generation is said to be the best yet. One of my friends restored a '76 but he won't let anyone near it. You're not like that, are you?
The Jazz Network is exactly what the title suggests, a place where you get to mix and mingle with those who have not only an appreciation for Jazz but a forum to hear new up and coming artists as well. I've hooked up with so many of my old friends that I've lost contact with over the years here and it's been a great place to meet folk, appreciate good music and Musicianship. What an incredible idea!!

Divine: The Jazz Albums, 1954-1958 packs four CDs with Vaughan's music, recorded live or in the studio with bands big and small. Two live albums from Chicago nightclubs are standouts, partly when a performance threatens to slide off the rails.
