AIN'T NO SUNSHINE

JESSE CAMPBELL

THIS IS RAY BROWN JR.

RAY BROWN JR.

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS and ENDORSEMENTS BELOW:

"I will forever be grateful to Letitia Owens for her vision and creative talent. The marketing materials she designed for me were beyond my wildest expectations and I think HOLLYWOOD all the time. Her attention to detail and vision for transforming me from a psychologist to TV/radio personality and speaker was truly amazing. Initially, I could not believe the person in the presentation kit was me.

The presentation kit led to me getting multiple speaking engagements, an appearance on TVOne's hit show "Black Men Revealed: Season 2", MTV's MADE as a dating coach, and a monthly spot on V103 as the resident "Love Doctor" with Joyce Littel. However, the most exciting thing is that the presentation kit keeps on working. I can literally send it anywhere and get an immediate call back. So far, I've sent it to Essence, Black Enterprise, Atlanta Business Chronicle, and 97.5 and 102.5 radio stations and appeared in all 5 within months-that's a 100% return! Thanks Tish!"

We have been publishing our environmental/travel newsletter, Pickup & GO! since 1995. When I first met Letitia in 2004, we were still printing in black-and-white, with lots of copy and text containing information we wanted people to know, interspersed with small black and white photos.

It took a while but Letitia eventually got me to understand that we would be so much more successful giving people what they want, instead of what we thought they needed. So, the newsletter has exploded into a color-rich publication with lavish photographs and reduced text that conveys the feeling of being in American’s most scenic public lands.

The response that we have been getting is stratospheric – the WOW! factor is extremely high, as every person into whose hand’s we place Pickup & GO! releases that expulsion of breath, and the WOWs just continue as they page through it.

Letitia outdoes herself with every issue – she is such a perfectionist – and our very best issue is the most fabulous of all. It is with great pride and anticipation that we take it to Washington, DC for the Presidential Inauguration. Letitia's design and production skills took our product, and our business, to a whole new level

Letitia, I can not thank you enough for your creativity in designing the information and marketing materials for 'Men on Mondays'. The post cards, brochures, tee shirts, gift bags and water bottle labels conveyed our commitment to improving men's health.

I often see men who have kept our materials as a reminder that they have the power to improve their health. Wives, mothers, daughters and other women remain grateful that someone is concerned enough about the health of their men to put such a program together. Thank you for your immediate understanding of the ideas I wanted to convey and putting them into action.

Ms. Letitia Owens has been a life saver. Letitia Owens creative skills has landed several performances and articles in magazines and newspapers. The Press Kit assisted me in getting an appearance on Tyler Perry's House of Payne, Opening for Comedian Michael Colyar in Las Vegas at Fitzgerald Hotel and in LA. at the Comedy Union. Michael Colyar actually was so impressed with my Press Kit and VIP Invitation that Letitia created he gave a presentation to the audience while introducing me, saying "This is how you represent yourself".

I have received numerous comments about my press kit on on its professional appearance. I have never been so proud of showing someone my Bio, and having the confidence that my press kit will speak volumes. I am so thankful for Letitia and her wonderful skills and talent on making me look professional and also making me look like a true star.

Thank you Letitia

Tish,
Thank you for developing my Press Kit as the "opening act" for the
E. Walter Smith Experience!

When nationally syndicated radio show, "Inspirations Across America" asked me to 'send them something,' I included the press kit that you designed with a copy of my song, "Little Girl." Their first comments were that they receive a lot of submissions; however, they were impressed by my packaging. So impressed that they added "Little Girl" to their playlist in over 100 markets.

When I presented my press to kit to Curtis Benjamin, Founder of It's Cool to Be Smart, he offered me a position on his Board and featured me in his top selling book, "Saving Our Daughters From A Man's Point of View."

Like a "magic carpet" the press kit has safely landed me into the excitement of the 25th Anniversary of the Sweet Auburn Festival 2009. In support of my song, Tenderness, The Tenderness Campaign will be featured in the Just For Women venue during the festival.

Will Stewart, publisher of Trendsetter to Trendsetter Magazine called out of the blue and said, "E. I have been watching what you do and I love the way you package and promote your brand." I now am one of the contributors to his publication.

Most recently, Tish took the vision I had for the weary traveler and breathed life into my "The Good Night, Sweet Dreams Series." The promotional piece she designed have inspired concierge and event planners to place my new service on the top of their preferred activity list.

Tish, you have arrived and I am honored to be a part of your success story!

The DVD commercial R’Tish Creations made for me in 2008 has allowed me to promote my business without much talking. It was sassy, professional and moves my prospects to take action!

My logo personifies a funky lounge smooth professional feel, exactly what the Chocolate Sole Lounge Shoe Party Boutique is all about. I can't wait for R’Tish Creations to start my Distributor Kit!

Letitia Owens where do I start to thank you for the proper marketing for STYLES-JUS4U!!!!

My presentation kit has opened up so many doors. I am able to send it to major companies such as Macy's , Belks and many more with much confident. I also landed some Sales Reps. from California, an Attorney from New York, and several business owners from different industry in Atlanta. I am in the process of making deals with some Entertainers. My best experience ever, was able to fly to California and attend a free workshop by Entrepreneur Magazine. In LA, I was allowed a 5 min. pitch to the editor. I was on POINT with my presentation kit which I got a great response from the editor. She was very impressed that all she was looking to know was laid out in front of her. STAY TUNED because I know that the presentation kit is going to help me land the feature in the Entrepreneur Magazine.

Greetings! To All Whom It May Concern:

I am Celeste Parham of KO Tax & Financial Services, proudly give this endorsement to R'Tish Creations for assisting me in growing my financial services business especially, when I thought I was not ready to go to the next level (she's a force to recognize) . It's because of her insightfulness that I had a very successful first year on my own. R'Tish created/designed a brochure for my new company, that got me into doors I normally would have had a hard time entering. R'Tish had me looking like I was a large corporation with successful clients and business and it scared me at first. I only printed 100 brochures and passed them all out. Word of mouth got around and I got a call from BB&T Bank and said they heard about me and could I send them information on my company. I had only one brochure left that I was holding onto for dear life and when I released it to BBT and the calls came flooding in. I was invited to lunch with the Branch Manager and District Manager of the bank and what a great meeting it was. Because of that meeting, I was able to close out my clients $400K Line of Credit with them for his business. It's because of R'Tish work and how she's working on my brand (KO) that I contribute my success. I must also mention, not only did she do the brochure she designed my office. She created such an ambience in my office my clients don't want to leave.

I have been in the tax business since 1995 and I have used R' Tish Creation services since 1998 when I took over my first H&R Block office as a manger. From her marketing guru techniques I was able to turn that tax office from non producing office to a profitable office. It went from a -9% to a 33% increase in revenue and returns the 1st years. I have everyone from the District Managers to the Regional Managers coming to my office see what I was doing. By the time I left (4 yrs later) that office it grew from 548 returns to over 2000 return processed out that small South Dekalb office. Letitia (R' Tish Creations) is part of that reason. It was her marketing expertise that drew customer into our doors year after year. The company moved me to another office to turn it around. Again, it became profitable as well, why because of who, you guess R'Tish Creations.

She is an awesome person and have so much insight for business development.

Letitia, I will not be in NYC for most of August (returning on the 23rd). I hope to catch the last few days of Harlem Week.
What event will you be having in September?
I am producing a Jazz and Poetry event in NYC on July 16. It will be my first such event, so I'm having a severe bout of butterflies in my stomach!
I visited the site http://www.thetwinkieawards.com and found the info there quite fascinating. Now I want to know how to get me a "twinkie".
