Jazzmatazz made history. All 4 album are intersting, great musicians in all of them. Price to Guru for his project. Nothing like this happend since Miles Davis' departure.

Mario studied afro-jazz percussion in Italy under the guidance of Karl Potter (New Jersey) in 1978 and Mori Thione (Senegal), in 1990. In Africa he performed in Senegal with Orchestra UCAS of Casamance in 1993 and in Kenya with several jazz bands in 1998 and 1999. He lives in Barbados since 2000 and he has performed at main events at the Barbados and St. Lucia Jazz Festivals.

The Jazz Network is exactly what the title suggests, a place where you get to mix and mingle with those who have not only an appreciation for Jazz but a forum to hear new up and coming artists as well. I've hooked up with so many of my old friends that I've lost contact with over the years here and it's been a great place to meet folk, appreciate good music and Musicianship. What an incredible idea!!
