The Jazz Network is exactly what the title suggests, a place where you get to mix and mingle with those who have not only an appreciation for Jazz but a forum to hear new up and coming artists as well. I've hooked up with so many of my old friends that I've lost contact with over the years here and it's been a great place to meet folk, appreciate good music and Musicianship. What an incredible idea!!

Thanks for adding me on here! I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a jazz saxophone player -- Been one all my life. Started playing gigs in New York City when I was 15 years old. Now I live in Houston, and I released my debut album last year. I'd played on lots of other artists' albums, but I was always more focused on live performances for myself. I'm pretty happy with my album though! If you are interested you can check it out: http://larryslezak.com/blog/buy-the-album/.
If you get a chance, I'd love to learn more about you! Message me back if you have time.

Shanna...thanks for the reply...my principle "Jazz" for the last 40plus years has been my art/photography...and getting my "chops" for the "music" portion is the current venture...soooo recording is in progress...and albeit slowly, it's happening...my playing includes "straight ahead", "cool school", some "ragtime", and some "fusion"....thank you for asking...hope to have some up on my page within a month...sometimes my "regular jobs" interfere with the important stuph....my best to you ...always bWelcome Shanna,
Peace and Enjoy The Ride!
