Born T. Pina on Feb. 13, 1960 in the South Bronx, New York City.
Writing is truly the passion of my life.
I try to live by the motto: what ever you do in this life, do it with class!
I've been really blessed to know and work with so many many great and talented writers in my lifetime and I believe that they all have rubbed off on me very well in this life.
My hat's off with the deepest admiration to all of you (poets and writers) that work so hard to create so many great and inspiring artistic pieces of work that get me through most of my days!
Where would this world be without, Poems, Music and great Stories?
It would be a lost, soulless and loveless world that I for one, would want no part of!
I'm a mixed hispanic fiction writer who was born and survived the South Bronx during it's very turbulent times of the 1960's. While the Bronx was buring, I was taking it all in and writing it!
To survive it all, I took to becoming a writer and thanks for goodness sake, I just never stop!
I love football! I'm a big NFL fan and In the process of working with a large group of Businesses (on line with petitions) and the NFL to bring back a NFL team to the Los Angeles area! L.A. lost it's heart and soul when the Rams left years ago and now its time to restore some of what it lost back to them! In fact small portions of my new upcoming book will be donated for this special cause!
I will keep all those intereseted up dated on my special blog! I'm a Californian by heart and eventuly I will leave this cold east coast for the warm Calif. sun and jazz baby! I love traveling and try to get to the Montery Jazz Fest. in California each year ,when ever I can!
My motto is always: LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE and WRITE as often as possible! Life is just too short, enjoy it while you can! But, Don't just Live, Live Great!
I love walking barefoot on beaches (perferably California) and relaxing by listening to jazz
on my favorite station: (KIFM.COM JAZZ SAN DIEGO online) while sipping on a nice chilled glass of wine (Italian perferably) watching a spectaular majestic sunset!
Maybe, just call me one of the last incurable romantics in this life!

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.
I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.
My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."
Let's be audacious, my friends!
