- I am a Malaysian bass player, educated in the USA and spent 17 years both studying & performing there and based in Phoenix, AZ. Played for various artists like Sister Sledge, Dennis Rowland, Khani Cole, Marion Meadows, Abel Valentino, just to name a few. Currently back in Malaysia, lecturing at the local Universities, producing local artists, arranging for albums & others, session bassist, and musical director for several Malaysian Artists.

The Jazz Network is exactly what the title suggests, a place where you get to mix and mingle with those who have not only an appreciation for Jazz but a forum to hear new up and coming artists as well. I've hooked up with so many of my old friends that I've lost contact with over the years here and it's been a great place to meet folk, appreciate good music and Musicianship. What an incredible idea!!

Love to.......I'm coming over sometime in December of this year and planning 2009 around my SE Asian itinerary, which means rather open-ended at this point.

My parents lived in Kuala Lumpur for about 7 years a few years back and I go to Thailand just about every year over the winter months to visit friends and sit in.
I am planning on a trip Malaysia next time around, so perhaps we can meet up then. I hear it's Paradise on Earth......
