No More Goodbyes

My first album, First Impressions is a dynamic blend of smooth jazz and soulful-funk. The track "No More Goodbyes" is one that stands out to me with its enchanting, smooth melody and relaxing saxophone throughout. The arrangement of the song is captivating, yet the soothing sax lines are quite simple and my aim is to provide the listener with a sense of tranquility. You can stream the track here and download the album in its…

If you haven’t heard it yet, you should head on over to sound cloud and check it out! Also make sure to share it with your friends! While you are checking out “Sax on the Beach” also head on over to my other songs and listen to them as well.…

Music is where the heart is...

I recently moved from my hometown of Los Angeles to Albuquerque, NM. People think I'm crazy since most musicians WANT to be in L.A. Well. L.A. is lovely, and I can appreciate the allure of the bight lights. But being from L.A. myself, I can tell you that it's not all it's chalked up to be – and if you’re not from there, it can break your heart (not to mention your soul). Instead, I chose to follow my heart (which has been pulled for years - no real logic), to the Land of Enchantment! I’m…

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!
