The African Village was smoking with plenty BBQ, baked beans, cole slaw, etc. and the audience enjoyed my set; even Moments Notice and Giant Steps that I played for the inimitable John Coltrane. Even the very young dug it . . . I was amazed! Smooth jazz was alive in Jax's Metropolitan Park Friday night. A nice gig!

Friday at 8:00 pm I will do a solo "one man band" performance on the African Village stage in downtown Jacksonville's Metropolitan Park. Don't miss it . . . it's an international party, and it's free!
