A REAL MAN!

1.) A REAL MAN respects his mother and places his family first.

2.) A REAL MAN RAISES HIS KIDS, not JUST out of pocket either.

3.) A REAL MAN supports his woman to develop herself.

4.) A REAL MAN doesn't worry about what others depict as a real man. Walk in his shoes first and then tell him what makes him A REAL MAN.

5.) A REAL MAN doesn't Break Promises

6.) A REAL MAN calls you beautiful, not hot, sexy, or fine as f***.

8.) A…

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

WHAT KIND OF FRIEND ARE YOU?

Lately I've had a great deal of time to think - to reflect. I began to think about friends. We have many types of "friends" in our lives.

There are those we call friends who stand shoulder-to-shoulder with us - kickin' ass and takin' numbers. We never have to ask for their help, because they KNOW we need it and are right beside us.

There are those who are best at telling us what we NEED to hear (not to be confused with those who…

AN APOLOGY FOR THE WORLD

Dear World:

We, the United States of America, your top quality supplier of the ideals of liberty and democracy, would like to apologize for our 2001-2008 interruption in service. The technical fault that led to this eight-year service outage has been located, and the software responsible was replaced November 4. Early tests of the newly installed program indicate that we are now operating correctly, and we expect it to be fully functional on January 20. We apologize for any…

PATIENCE!

"Patience is a virtue - found seldom in a woman...but never in a man".

Someone told me that when I was about 8 or 9 years old and it has stayed with me to this day. Not that I believe what it says - but rather, when I am called upon to excercise MY patience - it pops into my head. Lately it is popping into my head on a regular basis. I wonder if being patient just something we are called on to be, more often as we mature.

On the inside, I am NEVER patient. I want it…

SHOW YOUR FEELINGS!

Show your feelings!

So many things in our world are "smoke and mirrors" and we get very caught up in the illusions we see.

- We see people with gorgeous homes, luxury cars, expensive possessions...and we think they are living the good life - much better than our own.

- We see people with more money than they will ever need or know what to do with...and we think they must be so very happy.

- We see people with "perfect faces and bodies"...and we think EVERYBODY must…

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.

I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.

My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."

Let's be audacious, my friends!
