Hi, Morrie... this is ABSOLUTELY full of life - your music, I mean - & I'd love to review what you're doing! Anything you have in need of review, you may want to consider sending my way... my magazine (called IMPROVIJAZZATION NATION) is at http://zzaj.freehostia.com if you'd like to check it out! You can also contact me using firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you, Morrie. Young and Naive was written with my producer and an artist, Tom Kimmel. Tom and Cliff (my producer) wrote Gravity for Grace, Table for Two's writers were Cliff, Jeff Cohen, and myself.... and Couler--is the great Serge G. We will possibly be signing with a label out of Japan and are anxiously awaiting Oct. 27th where Young and Naive> will be featured on the next Putumayo release. Please stay tuned and I look forward to enjoying your art from afar.
Today's listening was my first encounter with your work. Not knowing what to expect, I was indeed pleasantly surprised by the journey on which I was taken (as your "Time Piece" recording now ranks among my favorites). In particular, I found the use of strings in your music to be absolutely beautiful.
Please continue to follow the path that led you to where you are now; it's obviously the correct one :o).
Morrie, I hear you're looking for lyric writers, and I've written professionally for years. I write to melodies or can compose words and melodies to music. Sample of lyrics below:
There is a place between a laugh and cry
Between one’s first embrace, and last good-bye
A corner where the world tells all its greatest stories
Of sweet but lost romances and vanguished glories
And if you haven’t been there, then you haven’t lived
You haven’t lived to tell
I know this place you’ve seen, I know that sigh
I see etched memories traced in your eyes
I’ll hold your hand and you can tell each whispered rhyme
Of missed and stolen chances, each lover’s crime
We’ve all been there, or we haven’t lived
We haven’t lived to tell
Tell, lay it all beside me
Speak, my touch will symphathize
We've all been there before, or haven't lived
We all must live to tell
We all must live to tell
That's great you'll be in Los Angeles. We need more good music out here!! I'll put the word out to my Facebook network of musicians and artists if you let me know where you're playing at that time.
Best, Sharon Barnes

Jaijai, what a wonderful mission you've undertaken to create such a place for artistic minds to meet and share their hearts. A place to renew faded determinations, and revive lessened momentums. A place to display our wares and reconfirm to one another that we actually are on the right track.
I commend you, Jaijai, for caring so much that you created this castle of the heart for all of us. I want to share my praise for all of the new friends as well as old friends that I've met and will meet here in our castle. Here we can garnish the where-with-all, the strength, the conviction, and the selflessness through our symbiosis, to share our gift to the world with an unbiased agenda.
My mentor, Daisaku Ikeda says of art: "A beautiful flower delights and refreshes the hearts of all people equally, no matter what soil it grows in. That is the power of beauty. The same is true of great art. It is this spirit that the German poet Heinrich Heine sang of when he wrote that once the peapod bursts open, the sugar peas inside are for everyone to enjoy."
